We've organised many different "goodbyes" for every kind of family, and we often receive letters of thanks from those we've served. You can read some of these letters here.

If you have your own story of a goodbye we've arranged for someone you know, you can tell us about it here.

I just wanted to convey some wonderful feedback received from the locals after your visit to the Lockyer Valley. The 'boxes of love' were very much appreciated and I had some local folks come and ask for boxes to give to their neighbours. They will be very excited to do that with the boxes you have given them. We are so grateful for the support you offered. Thank you for coming to visit us and the support you provided.

I want to thank you all for the excellent effort you made to celebrate the VP Day event. We are all most grateful for the quality of the arrangements and the attention to detail. To have a distinguished community organisation like yourselves engaging in such a patriotic event, and making your facilities freely available to all military establishments and members of the public, was most generous and greatly appreciated. The professionalism with which you organised this important national event was most commendable.

Just a short note to thank you most sincerely for your support and assistance over the days from the death of our Mother; Mother-in-law and Gran, until her cremation. Even with pre-planning, such a time is never easy, as you well know, but your special level of care certainly eased the burden. It allowed us to focus on the celebration of her life and to share cherished memories with other members of the family.

Thank you to all the staff at Drydale Funerals. To Vicki: Your attention to detail and the caring way you helped us through Mum's funeral - you have a special way and awareness. To Chris: Thank you. Your first phone call and support to my family during the arrangements for mum's funeral made all the difference.

Can I take this opportunity to say thank you for your support and compassion and also for scattering our beloved Tom's ashes at his favourite park. We feel he is still part of the community overlooking us all in such a peaceful place. When the time comes for me to join him, I have instructed my daughter to contact you and perhaps you can do the same for me.

We want to say thank you for being such a wonderful friend and for making a very difficult time for us so much easier. I know you will say "it's my job"; and you put so much of yourself into your job. Please accept this from us in appreciation of "your job" and of you as a lady with so much compassion.

Your support of our family through a difficult day was greatly appreciated. Your professionalism and guiding hand in the lead up and on the day of the funeral was outstanding. Thank you very much.
